Xiaomi Black Shark Design

The Xiaomi Black Shark doesn’t look as sleek or stylish as Huawei P20 Pro or Oppo R15, but black-and-green styling with rounded edges, curved sides, and stark departure make it stand out from the crowd. Just like Upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 9, a fingerprint scanner has been shifted on a front, whereas on the backside, you will see green highlights along with a glowing smartphone logo. Also, a dual camera lens has lined up horizontally at the upper side of the device. In short, a back is designed to provide extraordinary grip when playing games and thus provides slightly higher surfaces for your fingers to grip.

Moreover, Xiaomi Black Shark looks a lot like 2018 flagship smartphones and a gaming laptop. The front looks fairly unassuming with an 18:9 display.

The phone comes in two sensational colors in China– Polar Night and Sky Grey. Still, it’s undecided that either Xiaomi will provide more colors or not in other countries.

Xiaomi Black Shark Display

The Black Shark sports a 5.99-inches gorgeous Full HD+ large display which is being supported by 2160 x 1080 pixel resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio. The display is quite crisp and vibrant and takes your enjoyment to the next level when playing graphics enriched games.

Xiaomi Black Shark Battery

As far as the battery is concerned, Xiaomi Black Shark is backed by a 4000mAh long-lasting, solid and extended capacity battery. There’s a feature of Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 which juices up the phone from 0% to 50% just in a couple of minutes.

Xiaomi Black Shark Camera

Moving towards its camera, Xiaomi Black Shark comes with a dual 12MP + 20MP camera configuration which leaves it with a total 32MP. It is so astonishing to know that both sensors are backed by a f/1.75 aperture and supported by dual-LED flash.

On the other hand, a 20MP sensor sits on the front to taking selfies and video calls.

Xiaomi Black Shark Onboard Memory

The phone is available in two storage tiers – 64GB with 6GB of RAM, while 128GB with 8GB of RAM. Unfortunately, it doesn’t support expandable storage as it has no microSD slot. Though it might not seem like an important distinction, but choosing the wrong storage tier can lead to you frustration couple of months down the line. And as mentioned that, Xiaomi Black Shark doesn’t have expandable storage, so you’re left to deal with storage issues on your own.

Xiaomi Black Shark Performance

The high-end gaming smartphone is powered by a 2.8GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and equipped with Adreno 630 GPU. Therefore, gamers can now enjoy an exquisite gaming experience. As for the RAM, Xiaomi Black Shark comes in two variants – 6GB and 8 GB. If you are a crazy gamer and game enthusiast, 8GB variant will be a perfect choice then.

Final Words

Xiaomi Black Shark is absolutely the best smartphone shows the most stable gaming performance. Though there’s hardware you can see on other models, but it is not the case when we should praise its hardware. As far as the overall appearance is concerned, a newly-made system, left-hand-side gamepad and gaming optimizations made for Black Shark is the best offer in the niche. Obviously, it is a new niche and there are not so many representatives, but Xiaomi has already confirmed that it can be an innovator and lead to mainstreams.
