The handset becomes a trending topic worldwide right after appearing officially at an event that was taken place in San Francisco a couple of hours back. Samsung Galaxy S10 Release Date

The official Samsung Galaxy S10 release date is 8th of March, 2019 which sounds one week earlier as compared to last year’s Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus. It’s announced yesterday with pre-orders are opened in all countries.

Talking about Samsung Galaxy S10 release date in Australia, it’s available for pre-orders from 9 AM AEDT on February 21 to 7th March. The one who orders that between that specific time period, will be eligible to get a bonus set of Galaxy Buds that set users back AU$249. It’ll officially start landing on stores from March 8th.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Price

The Samsung Galaxy S10 Price is $899 that obviously means it is approx. $180 higher as compares to Samsung Galaxy S9 – released back in 2018.

As far as Samsung Galaxy S10 Price in Australia is concerned, it’ll be available in two different storage options to choose from – 128GB at AU$1349 whereas 512GB will go for an eye-watering AU$1699.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus will cost approx. AU$1499 (128GB) and AU$1489 (512GB) whereas S10e will be priced at AU$1199.

A Hole-Punch Display

Yes! All Samsung Galaxy S10 Rumours were right. Instead of a wide or waterdrop-like notch, Samsung caved in with S10 by using its unique and eye-catching Infinity-O display which comprises a hole-punch cut-out in the upper left corner of the handset. Though we have a lot of mixed feelings, for now, we are happy Samsung made that bold move.

For beginners, there is a lot more screen as compared to ever before. The bottom and top bezels are now even small over S9 and S9 Plus – giving more viewing area for games and movies, etc.

Without a doubt, Samsung’s Super AMOLED panels are rocking worldwide. But, S10 has got a nice upgrade with official support for HDR10+ which means when watching videos and playing games, you will see it with punchier colors and of course, deep contrasts.

On-Screen Fingerprint Scanner

Talking about a display, Samsung Galaxy S10 Australia and S10+ both are loaded with fingerprint scanners hidden underneath – another S10 Rumor turned out true.

That sounds similar to what we have already seen on smartphones such as OnePlus 6T. The sources are indicating a particular area in the bottom middle of the screen where it’s mounted. Most important of all, it’s the first device to use Qualcomm’s Ultrasonic sensing Technology.

Unlike other on-screen fingerprint scanners, Samsung Galaxy S10’s on-screen scanner is much faster and more secure.

Camera

Samsung wanted their audience to capture images from any angle – that’s why added three cameras on its back with a 12MP regular lens, 12MP optically zoomed Telephoto and a solid and latest 16MP ultra-wide lens.

The camera, according to some sources, is better as compared to Google Pixel 3 XL as a 123-degree field of view is quite wide that serves a purpose of not having to back up to get everything in a single shot. Unfortunately, the 16MP ultra-wide sensor lacks Optical Image Stabilization.

Out front, it’s equipped with a single 10MP camera alongside a dual auto-focus. If you are looking to upgrade yourself to Samsung Galaxy S10+, you will get an 8MP front-facing camera to enhance depth in portrait images.

Video-wise, it’s upgraded to record HDR10+ and offer DVS (Digital Video Stabilization). According to Samsung, you will be able to make all of your Ultra HD video as smooth as an action cam.

Battery and Others

Powered by 3400mAh battery (not really impressive) – an upgrade over S9 which is loaded with 3000mAh battery. Despite its biggest and bright screen, Samsung is still claiming all-day battery life.

Comprising a hefty 8GB of RAM which is a major and significant upgrade over S9 that has only 4GB of RAM. And in terms of onboard memory, it’s sporting a 128GB or 512GB of onboard storage. There is no 64GB option, but one can expand it further through a microSD card.

There is a Wi-Fi 6 which supports flawless and seamless transition between Wi-Fi routers and a lot faster as compared to 802.11ax. It’s designed to deliver a 20% speed boost which means you need a new router to use that feature.

Lots of Colors to Choose from

Undoubtedly, Samsung Galaxy S10 is designed perfectly and obviously, carefully. And to compliment that craftsmanship that went into it, Samsung offered it in a variety of sensational colors. One can pick Galaxy S10 in a choice of 5 colors – Prism Blue, Prism Black, Flamingo Pink, Prism White, and Prism Green.

A 5G Model is a Little Late

Hey, wait! Samsung isn’t only surprising their customers with S10, S10+, and S10e as there is a fourth one which on its way. Yes! The Samsung galaxy S10 5G.

Somewhere in 2019, Samsung is most likely to surprise their audience with its S10 5G smartphone which will, first and foremost, release in the United States and after a few weeks will arrive on stores in other countries. The handset is rumored to be equipped with a gigantic 6.7-inches screen, a whopping 4500mAh battery with a support of 25W Super-Fast Charging.

As of now, that’s all we know about S10 5G. When will it be announced or how much will it set users back? These are the things we are running short on information.

Summary

8.6Leaving final remarks about Galaxy S10 is too prompt as it still requires a lot more testing as well as daily use in order to determine if three rear cameras are the best than Huawei P20 Pro and a “punch-hole” Infinity-O display is a style of the screen we are actually looking for in 2019.
