After so many rumors and suggestions, Realme U1 (a selfie-centric) smartphone, finally, will be available to buy on India’s Amazon (exclusively) from November 28. The availability of Realme U1 in Australia isn’t decided yet but it’s backed by world’s first MediaTek Helio P70 Chipset as mentioned in our previous content.
The handset which is named as India’s SelfiePro said to have the most powerful selfie camera ever. Well, we really don’t know how much powerful FaceTime sensor is actually measured but we expect it to be at lease 25MP which is already on par with Oppo Find X, Oppo’s upcoming handset Oppo R17 and other Oppo F-Series.
The subsidiary brand of Oppo has already promised faster multi-frame noise reduction images as well as perfect AI detection from world’s first MediaTek Helio P720 in a FaceTime sensor which is being positioned in a waterdrop-like notch out front. Realme has claimed that it will double as a face-scanning sensor while unlocking the device.
Realme U1 Specs
The Realme U1 specifications aren’t confirmed, as of now, but it’s most likely that Realme U1 will be equipped with over 6-inches screen with a maximum resolution of 1080 x 2340 Pixels. And an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. A dual rear camera is expected outback and it will run on a 12nm Octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 Processor clocked at up to 2.1 GHz with an ARM Mali-G72. That’s all!
Everything aside for a second, Realme says, we’re the first smartphone brand to hit 1 Million shipments within 5 months of brand launch. Realme managed to reach around 3 million users within 6 months after getting separated from Oppo and being 4th in online share in only 30 days of launch.
