LG has decided to skip 2018’s holiday season and launch LG V40 ThinQ in Australia late in February 2019. Though it has already been launched officially back in October 2018 alongside Google’s most-gorgeous smartphones Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL – which did leave it a bit overshadowed at that time.
LG V40 ThinQ Specs
The LG V40 ThinQ specifications include an Android 8.0 Oreo operating system (upgradable to Android Pie 9.0), Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Chipset, 3300mAh non-removable battery and whopping 6GB of RAM. Furthermore, impressive 6.4-inches screen with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and QHD+ OLED Full Vision display with notch and 64GB of onboard memory is also a part of V40 ThinQ.
As mentioned in our title of the page, it’s coming with 5 cameras which are of course a headline of this smartphone. It’s comprising a 16MP Super Wide lens, 12MP Standard and 12MP Telephoto lens on its rear with an aperture of f/1.9 + f/1.5 + f2.4 respectively.
And out front, you will see a great pair of an 8MP Standard lens with a 5MP Wide Angle lens with f/1.9 + f/2.2 aperture. These front-facing sensors allow you to get those wide selfies or groupie shots with your loved ones that have become a quite famous addition to the 2018 specification wars.
If you are already a user of LG, chances are you will be familiar with LG’s V-Series smartphones as these are more interesting and experimental as compared to LG’s G-Series. We are hoping that V40 will keep following that trend.
