The LG’s most dazzling 2019 soundbar range which was announced at CES 2019 – now has an official Australian release date and pricing details. It’ll be available from April 2019 – each of LG’s three premium models also come with full Google Assistant incorporation. That allows users to issue their voice commands in order to control almost all smart home gadgets alongside soundbar itself.

The upcoming LG’s SL9YG, SL8YG and SL10YG soundbars each support both Dolby Atmos and DTS – formats and house innovative digital signal handling from the experts at Meridian Audio – whose Technology is likely to be capable enough of upgrading two-channel audio into a well and proper multi-channel experience.
Very much like last year’s range, these latest soundbars may also be flattered with LG’s optional SPK8-S rear speaker kit that set users back $199 – provides an extra 140W via rear two channels. Every soundbar is backed by a wireless subwoofer.
The sound bars use an advanced algorithm for sound processing to create a 3D audio. The demo of these soundbars revealed surprisingly powerful, room-filling SL8Yg440W (3.1.2 channel).
Price-wise, LG’s impressive soundbar starts at $1099 for a mid-range SL8YG which is followed by $1499 for entry-level SL9YG and a topping out at $1699 for premium and high-end SL10YG model.
