LG G7 Fit Confirmed: A Gorgeous 6.1-inches Notched Display with 4GB of RAM and 3000mAh Battery

LG ahead of IFA 2018 (Trade Show Scheduled to Start on August 31 in Berlin) announced latest greatest, coolest but affordable smartphones named LG G7 One and LG G7 Fit in Australia. Taking a quick look at LG G7 One, it’s a part of Google’s Android One initiative, means it’s certified by Google, offering a well-optimized Android experience – apart from receiving timely version updates.

The LG G7 Fit is similar to LG G7 One in terms of specifications – except for the processor and storage options. The handset has a single rear camera setup, very much unlike LG’s recently released LG G7 ThinQ. Moreover, it houses a gorgeous 6.1-inches QHD+ display with a Notch, an 8MP FaceTime sensor, a solid 16MP rear camera, 4GB of RAM, and IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.

Furthermore, impressive 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a military-grade exterior is also a part of LG G7 Fit.

Be noted, LG hasn’t revealed pricing details as well as local availability of LG G7 Fit. However, it’s safe to expect to detail a release schedule at IFA.

LG G7 Fit Specifications

Taking a closer look at LG G7 Fit specifications, LG G7 Fit runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and sports a 6.1-inches QHD+ display with a maximum resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels 19.5:9 FullVision display. Digging down inside it, it’s powered by Snapdragon 821 SoC – partnered with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM.

Moving on its camera section, LG G7 Fit has a single rear 16MP sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 76-degree wide-angle lens alongside an LED Flash for capturing detailed images in low-light conditions. It also flaunts an 8MP FaceTime sensor with 80-degree wide-angle lens with aperture f/1.9.

The handset comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage option which can be expanded further up to 2TB with a help of a microSD card.

Connectivity options that come along with LG G7 Fit are 4G VoLTE, USB Type-C, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 5 LE and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac. A 3000mAh battery (with Quick Charge 3.0) is inside to fuel it. It weighs only 160 grams and dimensions are 153.2 x 71.9 x 7.9 mm. Last but absolutely not least, Boombox speakers and 32-bit advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC are present in it.
