Last updated on August 18th, 2019

Chromebooks are known to be cheap and visually lackluster more often than not. Lenovo’s new 14-inches 14e Chromebook Enterprise, which is a nice aluminum design with overall durability promising, is the exception. Lenovo says its new Chromebook Enterprise is suitable for a range of sectors, from production to education.

A dual center processor with AMD 2.4GHz A4 and integrated AMD graphics, up to 8GB RAM and 64GB eMMC are featured in the Lenovo 14e Chromebook Enterprise. It includes two USB-C and two USB-A port, a microSD card slot, and a combo audio jack. This Chromebook also offers a variety of port options.

The display of the model is quite large at 14-inch and customers can access the full-HD IPS touchscreen product range.

Lenovo also says its new Chromebook Enterprise has up to 10 hours of battery life per charge. The 14e Chromebook Enterprise is carefully designed by Lenovo, adding narrow bezels compared with its previous offerings.

It’s loaded with an aluminum lid as well as backlit keyboard and a good mix of ports. There is an optional FHD touch display and it also comes with standard with the durability of Lenovo’s education devices.

Chromebooks do not share a certain appeal with PCs and Macs, with significantly lower costs being one of the main items. Lenovo points out that as one of the 14th benefits of Chromebook, companies can deploy cloud-based laptops to their workers for $279 USD start-up costs only. This Chromebook 14e will officially start landing on shores somewhere in March 2019.
